At my doctor appointment today, I learned that I am 3 cm dilated already! YAY! It is not a good predictor of when I will go into labor, but according to Dr. V it is a great sign that my body is already starting to prepare. He anticipates that I will either go into labor on my own before my due date, or have an easy induction if it comes to that. Carson is still head down (very very low), which was more good news. I am getting so anxious for him to come, yet feel like I still have a million things to do to prepare. I wonder if I will ever feel totally ready (mentally)... I am more than ready physically :-)
Last weekend, Camryn, Andy, and I went to the Green Level Gourd Farm with some of the families from Camryn's playgroup. It was perfect weather, and we had a great time. Camryn even got to ride a donkey!!! She was very hesitant, but tolerated it... we were proud of her for giving it a shot. We also went on a hay ride and decorated pumpkins. Here are a few pictures:
