As promised, an update on Camryn's cardiology appointment: Her heart defect (pulmonary stenosis) is still present, but has minimized as her heart has grown, and requires no treatment at this time. We only have to return to the cardiologist if her heart murmur becomes more pronounced with time, which likely will not happen. All in all, we got the good news we expected. She was so patient during the echocardiogram, despite the fact that our appointment was during her nap time. She watched Blue's Clues and sat perfectly still as the technician got all the pictures she needed. What a sweet girl we have.
Next, we found out that we are expecting a sweet baby BOY in November. We are elated. He looked perfect during our ultrasound, and I am feeling great. I can feel him kicking and moving all the time, as can Andy, and we can even see his kicks now on the outside. We are having a fetal echocardiogram this month to rule out any heart defects given our family history of them, but we are not expecting anything major since his heart looked perfect on our level II ultrasound. We have decided to name him CARSON ANDREW. 18 more weeks until we get to meet our boy!
This is me a couple of weeks ago at 20 weeks pregnant:

Definitely a boy!:
We have been working feverishly on our house, trying to make it our own. We have window treatments in our living room now, and have revived our koi pond in the back yard. Our fish are already growing bigger, and the plants and flowers seem to be flourishing. Despite all the work we still have left to do on our yard, we get so much pleasure look at and listening to the pond we worked so hard to bring back to life.
Here is a picture of the pond almost completed:
We have been taking frequent trips to Jordan Lake with the boat, which Camryn still loves. She really enjoys playing in the water with her bucket and toys, and has even started putting her face in the water. We go to the pool a few times a week, where she frequently has a group of 4-8 year old girls serving as her admirers. They love her and she loves them, it is adorable.
