I really enjoy taking time on Thanksgiving each year to reflect on the things in my life that I am thankful for. I hope I can teach my children to do the same.
2010 has been an amazing year for Andy and me. We celebrated our beautiful daughter’s first birthday, and have watched her transform from a baby into a little girl. We found out that we were expecting a son and celebrated his birth. We sold our old house, and have begun settling into our “forever” home. I left my job as a Clinical Research Associate in order to be the full time caregiver to Camryn, and now Carson. Andy was promoted to Clinical Team Manager, and no longer travels on a weekly basis. I have so many positive things in my life to be thankful for this year, and it makes me thankful to wake up each day to my life and my family.
In addition to all of the good “things” that have occurred this year, I also am also thankful for our good health, the amazing friends and family in my life, and for my husband and children…Camryn, Carson, Andy, and I all have each other to lean on and to enjoy life with each day.
For all of that and more, I am thankful.
