Recap of a great week!

Thanksgiving has come and gone, which I suppose means that the "holiday season" is now in full swing! Hard to believe!! We had a wonderful, low-key week with Grammy, Gramps, and Auntie Maggie. I am so happy and grateful that they were able to visit us for Thanksgiving this year, as traveling with our "two under two" seems like a daunting task at this point in time! The Sheltons and the Parkers also joined us, and I think a good time was had by all. The biggest news of the week, though, is that Carson can roll over! Hard to believe, but he did it 5 times in a row at just 3 weeks old. We were proud, and Grammy, Gramps, and Auntie Maggie were elated to have witnessed this big "first" in person.

Despite playing hostess on the big day, I did manage to take a few pictures:

Grammy with the boy:

Camryn continues to be very affectionate toward her little brother! She needs frequent reminders like "Baby Carson does not have any teeth yet, so he can't eat crackers/fruit/etc." Then I lift up his lip to show her that he does not have any teeth. Then SHE lifts it up to show me. It is quite funny (though Carson does not always think so...) She will tolerate him sitting on her lap for about 1-2 minutes. At which point she abruptly says either "All done!" or "No!" and proceeds to throw him off her lap. Needless to say, when trying to take pictures of the two of them together, I have the camera ready, and take the pictures as quickly as possible.

Here are a few more pictures:

Running will commence for me this week, so please send strength and stamina my way! It will be tough, but I am beyond excited to get back to being in shape!
